If your pick-up appointment is missed two or more times, we may charge you for the return of the TV or cancel your Change of Mind return. How is Hubbl Glass delivered?
When you order Hubbl Glass directly through Hubbl, it'll be delivered by our partner, Winning Group, as part of our Premium Delivery service*. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to schedule a delivery appointment.
During your appointment, the delivery team will:
- unbox and connect the TV to a stand
- connect the TV to power
- connect the TV to an existing free-to-air connection (if available)
- prepare the remote so it’s ready for use
- handover instructions and provide light education on how to use the TV
- clean up and dispose of packaging.
*Premium Delivery is not available in Tasmania and the Northern Territory, where you can instead select an appointment for the TV to be delivered to your front door. All other States and Territories will receive complimentary Premium Delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or postal lockers, as well as certain postcodes within Australia.
